How to get the most for your old phone

Back it up, then sign out. Turn off Find My (iPhone) or remove your Google account (Android) before you reset. Locked phones can't be bought at full value.

Clean it. A quick wipe of the screen, ports and case makes a real difference in how the condition is graded.

Bring the box and charger if you still have them — and take clear photos. Sending photos in advance lets us confirm your offer before you make the trip.

Choose store credit if you're buying something anyway. It's worth more than cash and works on repairs, parts and devices.
